[30th Nov, 9:00 am EET] Instagram has officially acknowledged a bug in their system, and they have resolved the issue. While we continue to monitor the situation, the functionality to publish to Instagram should be back to normal. If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
[25th Nov, 8:00 am EET] While we continue to investigate the issue, a workaround has proven effective for some users: removing the 'minimum age restriction' from your Instagram account. To do this, go to your Instagram app, navigate to Settings and Privacy -> Business Tools and Control -> Minimum Age. If enabled, remove these settings. Try publishing a post again. Please contact us in both cases, whether this resolves the issue or not, so we can gather more details. Sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your collaboration.
[22nd Nov, 8:00 am EET] Unfortunately, Instagram is currently facing service issues that lead to post failures for some users of third-party apps, like Hookle. These failures come with error codes such as 'Instagram account is blocked' or 'Your Instagram account is restricted.' However, your Instagram account is neither restricted nor blocked, and you can still publish posts normally using the native Instagram app.
