If you need receipts for your Hookle subscription payments, you can obtain them directly from the app store where the purchase was made (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Follow the instructions below to find your receipts.
For Apple App Store

Check Your Email: After each subscription payment, Apple sends a receipt to the email address associated with your Apple ID. Search your inbox for emails from Apple with the subject line including "Your receipt from Apple."

View Purchase History on Your Device:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
- Select Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History.
- Find your Hookle subscription in the list.
- Tap the transaction for more details or to resend the receipt.

Ask Assistance from Apple Support: If you cannot find your receipt, you can contact Apple Support for further assistance.
For Google Play Store

Check Your Email: Google Play emails a receipt to the Gmail account linked to your Play Store account. Make sure you're logged in to the right Gmail account. Search your inbox for emails from Google Play with the subject line mentioning "Google Play receipt."

Access Purchase History in the Google Play App:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner. Make sure you're logged in to the right Gmail account.
- Go to Payments & Subscriptions > Budget & History.
- Locate your Hookle subscription in the transaction history.
- Tap the transaction to view more details or download the receipt.
