[23 May, 11:00 AM EET] Instagram is currently experiencing an incident, and posting may fail for some users. Our investigation indicates this is caused by a degradation in Instagram’s Graph API during the media publishing process. Hookle’s systems are operating normally: posts are submitted successfully, but Meta’s API is returning errors while processing them. No other networks, such as Facebook, Threads, or LinkedIn, are affected. Please avoid retrying failed Instagram posts for now, as the issue is on Meta’s side and retries are unlikely to succeed until Meta resolves it.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will share an update as soon as the issue is resolved.
