1. Have you created or get access (claimed) to your Business Profile on Google?

2. Have you verified the location?
To connect your Google My Business profile to Hookle, you need to have a verified Google My Business profile. Read on how to check and verify your business's Google My Business profile.
3. Are you using the right image ratio?
Google My Business is strict on the image ratio you can post to your business profile. The recommended size is 720 (width) x 540 (height) pixels. Minimum is 250 x 250 pixels.
You can still edit the picture after publishing. To do so, sign in Google My Business console and choose the post you want to update. Besides the picture, you can also modify other information about the post.

4. Multiple images and video
Unfortunately, you cannot send multiple images or videos using Hookle as Google My Business API doesn't currently support uploading videos or multiple images. However, you can use Google My Business native app if you need to post multiple images/videos.
5. Google has disabled posting for some businesses
Are you part of a chain or franchise
Unfortunately, you cannot post to a Google My Business listing that has more than 10 locations (franchise or chain) as Google has disabled the posting feature in their API.
Lodging businesses, such as hotels and hostels
Unfortunately, you cannot post to your Google My Business profile if you are in lodging business (such as hotels and hostels) as Google has disabled the feature. However, you can still connect and manage your Google profile in Hookle.

6. How to delete a post in Google My Business?
First sign in to Google My Business console. Then choose the post and click delete on the menu.
With Hookle, you cannot currently delete a post that is already published to Google My business. We will introduce the delete feature in the future. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed!
7. Why Google My Business stats don't match with stats in Hookle?
Unfortunately, there is a delay (about 12-24 hours) to see Google My Business stats in Hookle. Currently, Google is not able to provide real-time stats for third-party apps (like Hookle). We are working hard together with Google to solve this issue asap.
