Manage Your Profile
To find your profile: click Settings -> Your profile.
Here you can manage your name, profile picture, contact details, industry, and website.
Manage Email
The email is retrieved from your social media account (provided you used social signup and granted permission to access your email) when creating your Hookle account. If you did not grant permission for your email, it will not be displayed. Users signing up with Apple without granting email permission will see a temporary or private email created by Apple.
Verify your email by clicking the Verify button and following the onscreen instructions. If you change your email, it needs to be verified again. Please be sure to click on the most recent verification email you received, as any previous emails will expire shortly. Check your spam and junk folders if you didn't receive the email. Verify your email now in the Profile view if you haven't done so yet.
Your email has been verified after you see the green Verified icon behind the email.
The email linked to your Hookle account can only be changed if you signed up using an email and password combination. If you signed up with social logins (Google, Apple, or Facebook), the Change Email button will not be visible. To change your email, click Change Email and follow the onscreen instructions. Afterward, sign out and sign in again using the new email (your password will remain the same). Remember to verify the new email by clicking the Verify button.
If changing your email isn’t possible (the "Change Email" button is not visible) but you still need to update it, you can create a new Hookle account with your desired email address and reconnect all your social accounts to the new account. This way, you won’t lose your scheduled and drafted posts. However, do not delete your current Hookle account or disconnect your social accounts until you’ve created the new one and reconnected all your social accounts; otherwise, you will lose your scheduled and drafted posts. If you have a Premium subscription, be sure to create the new Hookle account on the same device, as the subscription is device-specific. If you don't see the Premium features after the change, please click Restore Subscription to re-enable Premium.
