[12th of January 8am EET] Seems like X has fixed the issue but we haven't gotten official confirmation yet. The X connection should work now, but we're still monitoring the fix. Thank you for bearing with us - let us know if you still experience any problems related to this.
[3rd of January 8pm EET] Unfortunately, seems like X has issues letting users connect X to 3rd party apps (such as Hookle) when X App is installed on your iOS device. Connecting works normally for Android devices. Until X fixes the bug, please try the following workaround.
Workaround:
- Please uninstall X app on your device
- Next, connect your X account to Hookle
- After you connected X to Hookle, you can install the X app back to your device. Now you can start using both Hookle and X as before.
We will notify you as soon as we have more information or an estimate for the fix.
