How to change the app language
Hookle follows your phone's language setting. To use Hookle in one of the languages above, set that language as your device language in your phone's settings (Settings → General → Language & Region on iOS, Settings → System → Languages on Android). If your device language isn't supported yet, Hookle runs in English.
App language vs. post language
The language setting affects Hookle's own screens, menus, and notifications. Your posts are a different thing entirely - you can write and publish them in any language, regardless of the app language. AI content suggestions also work in the language you write in.
Spotted a translation that could be better?
Hookle's translations are AI-generated, and we're improving them step by step. Still, native speakers notice things we can't - if a word or phrase in Hookle sounds off in your language, we'd genuinely like to hear about it. Contact us and mention the screen where you saw it. Every report helps us make Hookle feel natural for everyone.
