In Hookle, you can delete posts with the status Scheduled, Failed, Posting, Recurred, or Draft. Published posts with the status Posted cannot currently be deleted in Hookle, but they can still be deleted on the native platform where they were published.
Table of Contents
1. How to delete an unpublished post
Open the Post Details view on the post you want to delete and click the three dots in the top corner. Choose Delete post.
Handy tip: Long-press any postcard or click 3 dots and you will find a quick-menu to do the most common actions without opening the post itself.
2. How to delete a published post
Currently, you cannot delete published posts (status: Posted) in your Hookle timeline.
If you want to delete a post published through Hookle, you need to remove it directly in the native social network. For example, if you posted to Facebook with Hookle and want to delete that post, you need to do it in Facebook itself.
Even if the post is deleted on the native platform, it may still remain visible in Hookle’s timeline and cannot currently be removed there. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
Support for deleting published posts in Hookle may be added in the future, if technically possible. You can track the progress on our public roadmap.
