There are a few ways to manage your Hookle Premium subscription (change, cancel, change the payment method, and more):
Within Hookle App
Go to Hookle -> Settings -> Your subscription.
If you find "Hookle Premium" instead of "Your Subscription" here, it means you either don't have an active subscription or your subscription has temporarily lapsed (e.g., due to switching to a new device). In this scenario, please click on "Restore subscription" to resolve the issue.
Select Manage Subscription and you will be redirected to the app store. There, you can manage your subscription. If clicking this link didn't work, please follow the instructions below for the respective store (Google Play or App Store).
In Apple Store (iOS devices):

In Google Play (Android devices):
If you can't find your subscriptions, check that you're signed in to the correct account. If your payment was unsuccessful, please troubleshoot here.
- To change your subscription from monthly to yearly or vice versa:
- Cancel first your subscription (before the free trial ends or the current subscription period ends so that you won't get charged). To cancel: Go to Google Play -> Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions -> Hookle -> Cancel subscription
- To switch yearly or monthly: Wait until your free trial or current subscription ends and subscribe to the yearly or monthly option.
