Pictures are retrieved from social platforms to identify your connected social account in Hookle.
There are a few reasons why you sometimes cannot see the picture for your connected social account.
- The most common reason is that you haven't added a profile picture to your social media account. In this case, Hookle displays a default placeholder. To resolve this, please upload a picture to your social media account on that platform. Afterward, reconnect the social account in Hookle to refresh the picture.
- The connection to your social network is expired and thus the picture is not visible anymore. Please try to reconnect the account again.
