There are a few reasons why you might not see the picture for your connected social account:
- The most common reason is that you haven't added a profile picture to your social media account. In this case, Hookle displays a default placeholder. To resolve this, please upload a picture to your social media account on that platform. Afterward, reconnect the social account in Hookle to refresh the picture. For some platforms, it might take a few days for the picture to update in Hookle. If this happens, please try reconnecting your account.
- Make sure you have updated your actual profile picture, not just the profile background picture.
- The connection to your social network might have expired, causing the picture to no longer be visible. Please try reconnecting the account again.
