Use Businesses to group your social accounts and keep everything organized in one app. Whether you run several businesses, a side hustle, a new project, or manage social media for someone else, Businesses keep each one separate - without separate logins.
A business can be anything you post for - a shop, a client, a side project.
Each Business has its own social accounts, posts, stats, and AI suggestions. Switch between them anytime with a tap and keep your content and insights in the right place.
Free and Solo plans include one Business. Upgrade to Plus to manage multiple Businesses.

1. What is a Business?
A business is a separate space inside Hookle. Each one keeps its own connected social accounts, its own posts, drafts, and planner, its own stats and Social Score, and its own AI content tailored to that business - so everything stays neatly apart.
Your first business is created automatically when you sign up, and you can add more depending on your plan (see section 7).
2. Switch between businesses
- On the Home screen, tap your business logo in the top-right corner.
- Tap the business you want to use.
A checkmark marks your active business, and everything you see and post applies to it until you switch again. You can also switch business from the Manage Businesses view.
3. Add a new business
- Tap your business logo, then tap Add Business.
- Enter a name and add a logo (optional) and Save.
Your new business starts empty - connect its accounts next. You can also add a business anytime from Manage Businesses in the Settings.
4. Connect accounts to a business
- Switch to the business you want to use.
- Open Settings and connect a social account the same way you normally do.
The account is linked to that business only. A social account can belong to one business at a time.
5 Move accounts between businesses
You can move a social account from one business to another without disconnecting it - its posts, history and stats move with it.
- Go to Settings → Social accounts
- Tap the â‹® menu next to the account you want to move
- Choose Move to another business
- Pick the target business and confirm
You can also start from Settings → Your businesses, open a business's menu and choose Move accounts.
Good to know: if the account has scheduled posts, publish or delete them first - they stay with the original business, so the move is blocked until the queue is clear. Businesses beyond your plan's limit are locked and shown with a padlock; upgrade to Plus to unlock them as move targets.
6. Rename a business or change its logo
- Tap your business logo in dashboard, then tap Manage Businesses (also available in Settings › Your Businesses).
- Select the business you want to edit (click 3-dots).
- Update its name or logo and save.
7. Delete a business
- Go to Manage Businesses and open the business.
- Tap Delete business and confirm.
Deleting a business permanently removes its posts and stats and disconnects its accounts. This can't be undone, and you'll always keep at least one business (your default business).
8. Businesses and your plan
How many businesses and accounts you can use depends on your plan - see the all plans on our pricing page. Connected accounts are shared across all your businesses - for example, Plus's 30 accounts can be split between businesses however you like.
If you downgrade and have more businesses than your new plan allows, the extra businesses are simply locked - your data stays safe. Just upgrade again to unlock them.
