1. Essentials: Start Here
Hookle currently supports eight platforms, allowing you to connect and manage the following: Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and Threads. Find more details on supported platforms here.
To start posting and scheduling content with Hookle, you'll need to connect your business's social accounts. Don't have them set up yet? No worries! Here's a quick guide on how to set up different business's social accounts.
Due to Meta platform restrictions, you cannot manage personal Facebook profiles or personal Instagram accounts in Hookle (only Facebook pages and Instagram professional creator/business accounts are supported). Additionally, there are some limitations regarding insights due to platform restrictions.
2. What is Hookle?
Hookle is an easy-to-use social media management app designed for busy entrepreneurs and small business owners. With Hookle, you can create, schedule, and manage your social media posts all in one place - saving you time and effort while keeping your business active online.
You can also connect and manage Google Business Profile with Hookle to manage your online presence and share updates directly on Google Search and Maps, helping you reach local audiences. Posting updates on Google works the same way as with your other social channels - simply connect your Google Business Profile to Hookle and start sharing with ease!
3. Create Your Hookle Account
Getting started is simple:
- Download the Hookle app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and sign up with your email or social accounts.
- Connect your first social media account to instantly see all your posts, insights, performance data, and post ideas related to your business on the dashboard. (If you skip this step, you can connect accounts later at any time).

4. Connect Your Social Accounts to Hookle
Connecting your social accounts is simple:
- Open Hookle → Settings → Social accounts → Add account.
- Choose the platform you want to connect (Need step-by-step guides? Find them here: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Google, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads).
- Log in and grant all the permissions.
- Once connected, you’re ready to start posting!
5. Create (or Schedule) Your First Post
Creating posts (or stories) is super easy with Hookle. Plus, if you haven’t tried it yet, scheduling posts is one of the app’s most popular and time-saving features! Scheduling allows you to plan and set posts to be automatically published at a specific time, so you don’t have to worry about posting manually.
Here’s how to create and schedule a post:
- Tap the blue + (Create Post) button.
- Select the social media platforms where you want to publish your post.
- Write your post & add images or videos. You can also use our Content Suggestion or Image Suggestions to make the process easier.
- Post immediately, tap Schedule to set a time for later, save as draft or use Smart Scheduling to let our AI pick the best time for you.
- Confirm, and Hookle will take care of the rest!
6. Manage Your Content with Hookle
We’ve made managing your content easy with our simple yet powerful Planner.
Our unique post aggregation feature allows you to manage posts across multiple platforms as one. When you create a post to publish on 5 different social accounts, they are aggregated, enabling you to manage them all as one post - even if they have different content, thanks to the customization feature. This makes it super easy to manage your cross-platform posts. Whether you need to edit, reschedule, or delete a post, you can do it all with just one click.
