Hookle makes it simple to respond to comments and reviews without opening each social media app separately. Note that you need to be logged into the specific platform (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or Google) in your device browser to be able to see and respond to comments/reviews.
How to respond to comments
Simply open the published post and click Show post in the post details view. Your post is opened in that particular native platform in web browser.
You can now see and respond to comments and reviews of each account from a single place.
Responding in Google My Business
The Google My Business app is required on your phone to be able to respond to comments from your customers on Google. Install it from Apple Store or Google Play.
