Hookle makes it easy to respond to comments and reviews without having to open each social media app individually by using the "show post" feature. However, please note that you need to be logged into the specific platform in your device’s browser to view and respond to comments or reviews.
Some platforms do not support the “Show post” feature, so you won’t be able to respond directly from Hookle. In such cases, please open the native social media app, find the post, and respond directly there.
How to respond to comments
Simply open the published post and click Show post in the post details view. Your post is opened in that particular native platform in the web browser.
You can now see and respond to comments and reviews of each account from a single place.
Responding in Google Business Profile
First, ensure you're logged into the browser with the correct Google account. Then, in the post details, click Show Post -> Map -> Reviews. Unfortunately, Google discontinued business messaging in July 2024, so it's no longer available.
