Hookle makes it easy to respond to comments and reviews without having to open each social media app individually by using the "Show post" feature. However, please note that you need to be logged into the specific platform in your device’s browser to view and respond to comments or reviews.
If the platform doesn’t support the “Show post” feature, you can still respond by opening the native social media app directly, locating your post, and replying there manually.
How to respond to comments
Responding in Google Business Profile
First, make sure you're logged into your browser with the correct Google account. Then, in Hookle’s post details, tap Show Post → Map → Reviews to view and respond to reviews directly.
Please note: Google discontinued its Business Messaging feature in July 2024, so direct messaging is no longer available. However, you can enable an alternative Chat option (SMS or WhatsApp) within your Google Business Profile settings. Learn more about enabling chat features.
