The filter is a great way to plan and search your content easier and more efficiently, especially when you have multiple accounts to manage.
You can filter posts by accounts in the Timeline and Planner views. By default, the filter is disabled and shows all posts from all connected accounts. A blue dot is shown on top of the filter when it is enabled.
Filter in the Planner
Filtering affects all views (Calendar, Scheduled, and Drafts) in the Planner. The Blue dot on top of the filter indicates it has been enabled.
Filter in the Timeline
You can also filter posts in your timeline. The filter is disabled (showing all posts from all accounts) when there is no blue dot on top of it.
Tips to use the filter
- The filter is an awesome way to plan and manage multiple (client) accounts - for example, if you are a sports agent, an agency, or otherwise need to manage several business accounts. Just select all the accounts of a client and only those are visible for you to manage at a time.
- The filter is a great tool also while team working.
